The Workforce Strategy Manager is instrumental in delivering and providing oversight over talent programs for the emerging talent; improving the skill gap in current and future associates and pipeline for non-traditional hires. This role ensures strategic alignment across human resources and talent initiatives, driving impact through program leadership and data-informed decision-making. The manager will be responsible for identifying key trends and insights through data analysis to inform program direction and continuous improvement.

Location: Candidates must currently reside in the Eastern or Central Time zones with close proximity to a major airport. Position is Hybrid: Remote (work from home) with required business travel. Relocation is not available for this position.

Responsibilities          

  • Lead the end-to-end management of talent programs, including program execution, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Talent Experience, Culture, Talent Management) to analyze talent and succession data, identify trends, and surface actionable insights.
  • Partner with the Workforce Strategy leadership to ensure programs align with TRIMEDX’s workforce strategy and evolving business priorities.
  • Manage relationships with external partners that support the advancement of key talent, early-career professionals, alumni, and non-traditional hires.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends in early career development, talent acquisition, and healthcare technology workforce needs.
  • Align program strategy with identified long-term workforce development goals and recruiting approaches to reduce skill and talent gaps.
  • Provide strategic program leadership and coordination across HR and Talent Experience teams to support organizational change.
  • Monitor program performance and track associated costs.
  • Guide internal teams on program-related projects and services, offering solutions and direction.
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent teams to promote TRIMEDX’s career philosophy and support the development of tools and resources for career growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices across talent programs.
  • Collaborate with business leaders in counseling of application of talent programs to maximize effectiveness.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 7 or more year’s experience in program development or program management, talent initiatives, talent management strategy or related disciplines.  Data analytics experience preferred.  Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to lead talent-related programs across diverse populations.
  • Skilled communicator with experience in facilitating presentations and engagement activities.
  • Someone who demonstrates excellent EQ and an empathetic communication style that fosters connection, collaboration, and confidence.
  • Able to independently prioritize workload and contribute to multiple projects at once.
  • A strong written and verbal communicator that enjoys creating and facilitating presentations, webinars, and additional experiential touchpoints with emerging talent.
  • Proactive; taking initiative and follow-through is a must.
  • Some overnight travel may be required; up to 25%.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience.
